Funding
The Alliance SSP commissioning process
The Alliance SSP allocates funding on a commissioning basis only, which means that we do not allocate resources on speculative requests for funding. The SSP Board sets a framework for investment priorities, from which specific calls are made for projects seeking funding that meet the criteria or for projects devised by the Alliance SSP for which a managing agent is sought. This ensures that we can be proactive not reactive to the sub-region’s needs and allocate funding on a strategic basis.
